General Drum Washing Process:
The feature of a high-speed self-rotating nozzle ensures 100% cleaning and disinfecting the interior walls of the product. The wash stations control box contains programmed logic starts, stops, and operates the machine automatically to the set parameters.

Drum Washers to use, set up menu that provides the operator with the ability to program a wash and rinse cycle into the PLC microprocessor logic controller systems to enable and operate automatically.
The controller monitors the parameters and series of relays and contacts to verify proper liquid levels flow, pressures, container security, and proper grounding, before starting the cycle.
The cleaning liquid agents used in the primary wash cycle can also be recirculated to an external containment reservoir, tank, or built-in sump tank to minimize the volume required.
