Where cylinder washer uses and application:

  • This equipment helps in cleaning the LPG or any other cylinder. It is majorly used to clean the outer surface of cylinder in a perfect way so that it can be used for further other purposes. It undergoes several washes which is explained clearly in washing procedure. It is necessary to clean cylinder before getting used for future purposes.
  • This equipment consists of three compartments which are meant for washing the cylinder by using cylinder cleaning brush, hot water and detergent. The cylinders through conveyor belt will enter into this machine and undergoes washing and finally comes out through outer conveyor belt and will go for gas filling for future purpose.
  • Degreasing means removal of excess fat or grease from the surface of object to achieve this objective we have designed this machine for a quick and easy cleansing of cylinder.

WHERE TO INSTALL THIS MACHINE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS REQUIRED:

To ensure proper operation of the machine, it must be placed under shelter from the elements (rain, hail, snow, mist, dust in suspension, etc), with an ambient temperature of between 5 ºC and 70 ºC and relative humidity not exceeding 70%. The work area must be clean.

After having received all the required instructions contained in this manual, the following are the only people that may work on the machine:

SAFETY MANAGER: The safety Manager, according to machine maintenance manual to operate the machine, is responsible for safety measures and risk prevention in the company. The Safety Manager will ensure that all persons operating the machine have received all the relevant instructions contained in this manual.

OPERATOR: The operator must have experience, obtained under the guidance of expert staff. He may only carry out those operations specifically allocated to him in this manual. Operation of the machine by untrained persons is to be avoided under no circumstances whatsoever.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: The mechanical maintenance technician must have general engineering experience, as well as specific experience on this model of machine. He may only carry out those operations specifically allocated to him in this manual.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: The electrical maintenance technician must have general electrical panel experience, as well as specific experience of the electrical panel and the electrical component son this machine. He may only carry out those operations specifically allocated to him in this manual.
